Why families book here

Four practical reasons,
and no adjectives.

The whole family, one building.

Kids, parents and grandparents on the same chart, often the same morning. Ask for a family block when you call. Nobody crosses the bridge twice.

Book around your week, not ours.

Thursdays until 7. Fridays from 7am. School and work stay where they are, which is the only reason a dental appointment ever actually happens.

The number before you agree.

Every plan arrives with the fee beside each line and the insurance estimate beside that. If the numbers change once we start, the plan comes back to the screen first.

Direct billing and CDCP.

We submit to your plan directly where it allows it, and we are set up for the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Bring your card or your CDCP letter to the first visit.

Who you will see

The people who actually work here.

Same faces, most visits. That is most of what makes a dental appointment stop being a dental appointment.

Cost and coverage

You should never be surprised by a bill.

Your plan, billed directly.

Where your insurer allows direct submission, we send the claim and you pay only your portion at the desk. Bring your card to the first visit.

Canadian Dental Care Plan.

We are set up for CDCP. Bring your letter or member number and the front desk will confirm what it covers before anything is booked.

Written before it is done.

Treatment plans are printed or emailed with fees and estimates on them. Take it home. Nothing gets booked because you felt rushed in the chair.

Common questions

Asked on the phone most weeks.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, of every age. Call (778) 754-4488 or send a request below and the office calls back within one business day.
Can my whole family come at the same time?
Usually. Ask for a family block when you call and say how many people and their ages. The front desk will tell you on the phone what is possible that week rather than booking you three separate trips.
I am in pain. Can I be seen today?
Call and say it is pain, because that changes how the day gets arranged. If the schedule genuinely cannot absorb it, we will tell you on the phone rather than leave you waiting, and point you to somewhere that can.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan?
Yes. Bring your CDCP letter or member number to the first visit and the front desk will confirm coverage before treatment is booked.
Will I know what it costs first?
Yes. Every plan comes with the fee beside each line and the insurance estimate beside that, before you agree to anything. If the numbers change once treatment starts, the plan comes back to the screen first.
I have not been to a dentist in years.
Then you are in the majority of first visits here. The first appointment is a look and a conversation. You decide what happens next, and it is allowed to be nothing for now.
How young can my child be for a first visit?
From the first tooth. Early visits are mostly questions, a count and a ride in the chair, and they can be booked alongside your own appointment.
